Information About Minors

Our scholarship programs are intended for high school students, some of whom may be under the age of 18. Personal information submitted by or about minors is used solely for scholarship administration and related nonprofit purposes.

Data Retention

We retain scholarship application materials for 5 years after the application cycle closes, or as long as necessary for administrative, legal, or reporting purposes. After that time, information is securely deleted or anonymized.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
